I Have An Injury To My Neck Mri Shows Herniations

I have an injury to my neck mri shows herniations to several disc starting ať c3-4,c4-5,c5-6. I suffering with headacke. I have pâin in right ear, shoulder pâin, wrist pâin jaw pâin. I feel like a pinball machine. There. Are days I feel like my neck is holding up a bowling Ball. I am fatigued. I have to disimpact myself due to server constipation. My nurosurgeon agreed to do surgery several Months ago. I finally have court order for Insurance to pay for it, now the doctor feels it's a risk. Said pâin wont go away. I can't live on pâin medication it sucks gabapentine. I am 53. Been like this for a year. What do I do?
