I Have An Insect Bit, It's Round And Red. Not

I have an insect bit, it's round and red. Not sure if it's mosquito, bed bug or a spider. I was itchy, now it's swollen. I have a bit of a headache as well. I took Maxalt 10 mg, dissolving tab, as I thought I had a migraine. I don't seem to have a fever.
