I have an intense lower back pain and in my tummy at my uterous/bladder. My kidneys hurt and I pee a lot. No blood or pain. But every now and then, my stomach muscles start to contract and tense up tighter and tighter. It made me nearly pass out the first time I felt it, is this kidney stones?
