I Have An Intermittent Tingling In My Back Right Below

I have an intermittent tingling in my back right below my shoulder blades. Right now its on the left but I have felt it all the way across my back. It comes and it goes. It's not painful, just annoying. I might mention that I watch my 18 mos old grandson and it is a little stressful around my house. I don't know if that has anything to do with this but we're going on a 2 week vacation next week and I just want to feel good!
