I Have An Irregular Cycle So I Dont Know When

I have an irregular cycle so i dont know when my period is due over 3 days i spotted within 2 different weeks and no period i took a pregnancy test and it came back positive am just feeling a little nauseous and excess saliva and certain foods make me upset somehow i dont believe i am pregnant
