I Have An Irregular Period But Was Told I Was

I have an irregular period but was told I was still able to conceive .. I had a period on jan 18 which lasted to the first week of jan but prior to that haven't had a period in 6 months ... In the third week in feb I started spott light pink to brown color .. And had sex while spotting and when my period went off its possible that I am pregnant .. I keep having dreams that I'm pregnant with a lil boy and everyone keeps asking me even my bf ... I have tested yet wanna waitt till end of the month but for some strange reason I feel that I am . I need answers please it's really driving me crazy of not actually knowing
