I Have An Irritation On The Upper Part Of My

I have an irritation on the upper part of my right leg. At first it appeared to be a dry patch of skin, very itchy. Similar to a patch that is on my left ankle (diagnosed by my dermatologist as severe dry skin), I didn't think much about it. It has since become more like a blister and it is very red and weeps. There have been some pimples around this sore. The sore is an open sore. It is located at the top of my right leg, very near to my vaginal area.
