I Have An Irritation On The Very Top Of The

I have an irritation on the very top of the glans on my penis. StArted as if it were maybe almost like a pimple or zit but seemed to not go away . Its a bit fleshy colored to a bit red on irritation and I appear to have no other symptoms - temperature , further rash , localized swelling , lymph nodes very normal and very little irritation except with friction . Its actually very small about the size of half a pencil eraser or even 1/4 that size , but on inspection its plainly visible . A bit concerned -
