I Have An Issue With Episodes Of Throat Spasms When

I have an issue with episodes of throat spasms when I go from a warm environment to a cold one. The episodes are not frequent but they last for a few minutes or until I can get warm air to my throat. I cannot speak very well or swallow. I have had all of the tests (barium swallow, allergy) etc and do not test positive for asthma. Any suggestions?
