I Have An Issue With My Left Foot (Ball) The

I have an issue with my left foot (Ball) The tissue has degrated to the bone. My nurse has me scheduled to see my wound doctor. Sent pictures to her. Hospitalization my be necessary. Not infected yet but bone totally exposed. Right foot has sharko and forced me to put weight on left foot causing tissue to degrade. I am taking Clindamycin HCL 300MG Capsule as a precaution. Will that help?
