I Have An Issue With My Penis. The Other Night

I have an issue with my penis. The other night I was intimate with my girlfriend but when we finish I noticed some inflammation around the foreskin below the head of my penis. After the inflammation came down I noticed a few dots or lumps on the foreskin and right below the head. Is there something I should be worried about? :/
