I Have An Itchy Painful Sensation Inside My Urethra And

I have an itchy painful sensation inside my urethra and burns when I pee. But I also get cold very easily and my hands and toes get a stingy pain that's intense during the colder days of winter. I feel like I'm diabetic but how could that possibly relate to my urethral discomfort?
