I Have An Itchy Scalp And Scratched It In My

I have an itchy scalp and scratched it in my sleep leaving a scab that has a green tint to it. My lymphnodes behind my left ear and the base of my skull are swollen hard and tender. I also have a white pocket on my left tonsil and the left side of my neck feels numb and stuff.
