I Have An Itchy Throat, Eyes Feel Burny And Stuffy

I have an itchy throat, eyes feel burny and stuffy nose. Does this sound like a cold or allergies. Inside my ears are occasionally itchy as well. This has been going on for two days. I can feel drainage from my nose going to the back of my throat a bit as well.
