I Have An Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, I Sweat Profusely At

I have an obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, I sweat profusely at night during sleep (from the head area, nowhere else) I have an edema in both legs, both are severly discolored, and I have an occasional numbing sensation in my right thigh muscle. I do have shortness of breath and mild chest pains that come and go through out the day. The pain is more of a nuisance than anything else, I keep waiting for it to intensify. I'm 65 years old, currently under dr. care and take medication daily for this condition. I'm taking a water pill but the water retention and the night sweats have me concerned. Should I be doing anything different ?
