I Have An Occasional Thumping In My Right Ear That

I have an occasional thumping in my right ear that is not associated with my pulse. It is connected to where my sinus meets the ear. It thumps when I shift or tilt my head and I can also make it do it by changing the pressure in my head by holding my nose when breathing. It is not loud but more like taping a finger on drum.
