I Have An Odd Combination Of Symptoms And Having Trouble

I have an odd combination of symptoms and having trouble getting a diagnosis. Problems include hair loss ... getting dizzy light headed... appears blood pressure is raising because of something that keeps coming and going... legs feel heavy and getting swelling in feet when it hits. They have checked thyroid, heart, anemia etc and all are coming back fine. The odd symptom is I feel like I have bad/weird breath when I don't feel well.
