I Have An Odd Sort Of Issue. For The Past

I have an odd sort of issue. For the past 3-4 weeks my right shoulder feels like there is something crawling around on it and up the back of my neck sometimes. I have had issues with the rotator and had it cleaned out a few years ago but other than that no issues. Dont feel this anywhere else. Not painful. I do have sever carpal tunnel syndrom in both hands\wrists.
