I Have An Off And On Sharp Pain In The

I have an off and on sharp pain in the left side of my neck midway down and radiates between my ear and mid part of my collarbone. This has happened off and on for 3 days. This afternoon I also developed a sharp pain in my lower right rib area when I breathe out. I have a family history of strokes and heart attacks. I have never smoked, I had a little one 5 months ago. I am 5'5 and 150 lbs. History or low or average blood pressure.
