I Have An Oily Sensitive Skin. Have Few Pimples Then

I have an oily sensitive skin. Have few pimples then a pigmentation mark. Dark circles around the eyes but not that prominent. .actually I had a very clear skin..two weeks ago only this happened. .if I go in tge sun my cheeks get red. ..sometime back I got a treatment done for wrinkles and pigmentation mark. It wz v clear. .two weeks ago only this happened
