I Have An Open Book On The Inside Of My

I have an open book on the inside of my thigh that does not want to go away when I am sleep from it bleeding and trying to heel it tends to dry up and get stuck to my underwear and it become very painful to remove I tried putting a bandaid on to dry it up but that doesn't work I need to get rid of it
