I Have An Outbreak Of Pimples On My Lower Inner

I have an outbreak of pimples on my lower inner buttocks. I think it came from gym clothes I wore about a week or two ago, after working out I was very sweaty and stayed in my gym clothes for a while. The pimples do not itch but they are red. What could be the cause and treatment for it?
