I Have An Overabundance Of Dead Skin Cells That Come

I have an overabundance of dead skin cells that come off my skin the minute my body is in direct contact with water. The substance that comes off has a greenish tint play doe- texture. I have pictures as well. I have been dealing with this issue for 3 years. I don't know if this is staph or a fungal infection.
