I Have An Overactive Bladder And Sudden Urge Incontinence Which

I have an overactive bladder and sudden urge incontinence which causes some leakage of urine. Pads are often damp for awhile causing itching, burning, and irritation of the vulva. Is this a yeast infection or another kind of fungus and how can it be treated reasonably?
