I Have An Pinched In My Left Hand Affecting My

I have an pinched in my left hand affecting my fingers. Cannot close snuggly or grasp objects like an glass or cup.
Have also pinched nerve on right hand that hurts when I brush my teeth or have to extend my elbow/hand.
Both hands are uncomfortable to sleep with.
Have been using an hot water bottle but not sure where to place it. Help
