I Have An Really Itchy Rash On My Hands And

I have an really itchy rash on my hands and wrist... it gets worse at night...after scratching turns into blisters...comes back in same places...will get some on the back of my knees and top of my feet but not as bad as what is on my wrist and back of hands...itchy red bumps that get better but doesn't go away entirely...
