I Have An Sti. I Was Advised To Take Ciprofloxacin

I have an sti. i was advised to take ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily and doxycline 100mg twice daily.
now have taken the course and started again. inshort i bought another 500mg and 100mg. but the problem has just reduced but hasnt stoped.

what can i do please advise
