I Have An Ulcer (inner Ankle On Left Foot) ,

I have an ulcer (inner ankle on left foot) , it is infected and I am on antibiotics. I have had a gallium and bone scan because I am prone to osteomyelitis , 3 instances so far over 12 years. I have noticed that my toes on the left foot are turning blue. the dressing is not tight, etc. How serious is this? I am waiting for the results from the gallium which was performed today.
