I Have An Umbilical Hernia. I've Noticed Left Side Along

I have an umbilical hernia. I've noticed left side along ribs I can pop in and out something could this be another hernia or organ. I am thin and not heavy around mid drift. It is continuously there and there is pain at times. I have dis aligned ribs do to my scoliosis. What could this be
