I Have An Under Active Thyroid Also Hashimoto Disease And

I have an under active thyroid also hashimoto disease and chronic fatigue I have the right dose of thyroxine apparently I've just had lots of blood tests and they've all come back normal but I'm constantly cold . I'm wearing 8 or 9 layers of clothing ( including 2 or 3 thermals) and spend my time feeling cold . Pleas could you give me any advice ?
