I Have An Unexplained Rash On My Knees And Ankles.

I have an unexplained rash on my knees and ankles. I noticed it when I first awoke this morning. It itches like mosquito bites, but appears to ooze like poison ivy. I was not around poison ivy yesterday that I'm aware of. Is it possible that the poison ivy oil could be on the recliner that I usually sit in? I have had problems with it earlier this summer.
