I Have An "unspecified" Ongoing Condition For The Last 2

I have an "unspecified" ongoing condition for the last 2 years involving hypoglycemia (has gone as low as 34 but seldom above 100 even after sweets, but I'm often told I test negative for diabetes, I have extreme fatigue, dx with markedly tortuous colon and small hiatal hernia during GI scopes, nothing significant in CTs, suffer from severe lower left abdominal pain accompanied with lower back pain primarily on the left, recently started having epigastric pain, extreme difficulty having bowel movement despite 500 mg Docusate sodium QD and fleet enema 1-4+ x a month out of necessity, frequent abdominal distention to about 4 sizes, low vit D despite taking 50k units once weekly, a variable cortisol level (has been slightly higher and lower but never in normal range). Constant N/V, pain after eating, 50 lb weight gain in a 6 month period, I'm lactating but surely not pregnant, period abnormalities, hair falling out in clumps, my skin is very dry, vision disturbances, easily out of breath, I often get the "up-down elevator" lack of coordination feeling, difficulty concentrating or remembering, muscle aches and left side temporal area Headaches. I've had lab work done, often, CMP, kidney/liver/pancreas, but no significant findings other than cortisol and vitamin D levels. Even prolactin is within normal, yet I still lactate after every shower and during the summer. My youngest child is 11 yrs old, been lactating ever since, as well as low BP and "unspecified welts" similar to urticaria

I'm 35, middleeastern/hispanic, formerly very athletic and healthy for the most part. Only hx is during my adolescence anemia and hormonal disregulation (adrenal glands) that was Dx and Tx in a different country for nearly a year.

Please steer me in the right direction?!

Other than trying to use my self-planned diet control for management of condition (I refuse pain medication for fear of more pain/constipation), specialist in my rural area have not been helpful nor concerned. The only solid "professional" Dx I was given was IBS. I keep thinking that despite tortuous colon, which I feel is more than the suggested IBS, may be a strong correlation between my Sx of hormone disregulation and Sx abdominal pain/problems...

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks
