I Have An Unusual Question. I Work With A Girl

I have an unusual question. I work with a girl who constantly picks at her vagina and rectum. We work in the food industry and since customers have complained about it I had to confront her. She said she doesn't realize she's doing it but also told me that she sweats easily in her vagina and thinks that might be the reason for her picking. I suggested she maybe change the type of underware she is wearing but don't know which one would be better for her and I think she wears her pants too tight too. Could looser fitting pants help. I feel bad for her because all her coworkers laugh behind her back about it and I want to help before she possibly gets fired. Or could this just be a nervous tick of some kind?
