I Have An Unusual Type Of Drainage From My Sinus

I have an unusual type of drainage from my sinus - I think. I get really bad breath and small white to yellow balls drain into my mouth. They are firm balls and stink like my bad breath. Is this a sign of a bad condition? I have read that sometimes when you have liver problems it can cause bad breath. I take care of my teeth and see the dentist regularly.
