I Have An Upper Respiratory Problem That Started 7 Days

I have an upper respiratory problem that started 7 days ago. Hard to breathe, coughing up phlegm, throat hurts like razor blades when I cough. Absolutely no energy, feverish with sweating at night and chills. Hoping that I could just get by and let it work it's course. But I have no energy or appetite. Can't sleep full night. Pharmacy suggested Roubitusin DM caplets that I've been taking 1 (2 times daily) for 5 days
Cough is very dry. Breathing is scary. The glands in my throat are swollen.
