I Have Anal Itching And Vaginal Burning For A Couple

I have anal itching and vaginal burning for a couple of months now. Have tried monitat and canesten, Been to doctor twice - Have had Fluconazole 100 mg and Metronidazole 500 mg. Felt a little better, but now starting again. Moisture between cheeks and off and on itching. Very uncomfortable. Doctor says nothing wrong, did pap test - ok and is now sending for ultra sound. Feel something is being missed. Would appreciate your help. Thanks
