I Have Angina So I Am On Quight A Lot

I have angina so I am on quight a lot of tablets am going to Southampton for a angiogram but had to Waite for 3weeks my blood pressure is normally about 149/90but since my tablets have been changed is averaging 120to130/67to78 just wondered if I need to tell my doctor or Waite till I go to hospital
