I Have Ankylosying Spondilitis Since I Was 21 Years Old,

I have ankylosying spondilitis since I was 21 years old, then diagnosed with rheumatoid when I was 40 and I am now 43 years old. My question is I had something pop or snap in my spine today. Since then I have had severe throbbing pain right on the spine And to the right. If I had to guess it would be upper lumbar to lower thoracic spine. The pain in my very low back has increased along with the pain down my right leg. My pain melds are not doing anything for the pain. It is Easter weekend and I don't have the money to go to ER unless I have no choice. I have flexril but not sure if I should take this, because it doesn't feel like my other muscular pain. This feels like it's my spine. What do you suggest I can do to get some relief. I live with chronic pain, but this pain is different.
