I Have Anxiety, Panic Disorder And Vertigo Due To A

I have anxiety, panic disorder and vertigo due to a TBI. They are not constant but when an episode hits it hits hard, I feel as if I'm walking through an earthquake and if I don't have something to hold on to in order to help me not feel as if I am going to fall, even 1 or 2 steps/stairs without a handrail it's virtually impossible mentally and physically!!!
Any Suggestions?
