I Have Anxiety So Bad I Feel Like Iam Going

I have anxiety so bad I feel like Iam going crazy scared and panic about everything prescribed meds make worse zoloft and ativan are not helping could be cortisol levels are to high I've been stress my whole life. Went through a bad year and it's bee 9 months I can't handle it any more can to much production of cortisol cause this. I've had every medical test done all clear
