I have approx 20 spots in scvattered areas of subcortical white matter hypoattenuatiuon. Slight preominence of the anterior csf space, folliowing csf signal on all saequences, either related to cerebral volume loss or possibly tiny subdural hygromas. Susceptibility artifact noted at the left oral cavity. Can you tell me what this means?
