I Have Approx 4 A/f Attacks Every 6 Weeks Been

I have approx 4 a/f attacks every 6 weeks been on bisoprolol for nearly 3 years but attacks getting worse dr wants to put me on diltiazam and flecanide but i have problem with bowel and also ano rectal dysfuntion plus diabetes and fibromyalgia cannot take warfarin because of g i bleeds are these drugs safe because of my problems
