I Have Areas On My Face That Gets Raw ,

I have areas on my face that gets raw , red and itchy. These areas us to be very oily across bridge of nose down ridge of nose upper lip and chin area. I have been using hydrocortisone ointment. Hydrocortisone cream does not work. Is there something else I should be using?
