I Have Around 9 Bites On My Lower Butt That

I have around 9 bites on my lower butt that resemble mesquite bites. It looks like it's spreading because this morning 3 more appeared. I started with about only 3 and now I'm up to 6. What could this be? Also it's only on one butt cheek the other doesn't have any.
