I Have Arthritis In All My Joints And Have Had

I have arthritis in all my joints and have had a knee replacement. I have foul smelling urine, dry mouth and the nail on my right big toe is coming away from the nail bed. This has happened three times in the last year or so. I am aching all over and suffer from insomnia. What ca I do.
