I Have Arthritis In My Hand, Most Especially In The

I have arthritis in my hand, most especially in the knuckle of my middle finger. I hit it 24 hours, ago, pain was intense. Pain has gone away but I know have a half inch wide red streak going away in both directions from the knuckle. It doesn't seem to be going away.
