I Have Arthritis In My Left Knee That Penetrates Right

I have arthritis in my left knee that penetrates right down to my food. Hurt non stop. I also was diagnosed with carpal tunnel, and spinal stenosis. I have HUGE imflamation issues and a torn rotator cup in my left shoulder. There are other issues going on, but right now somehow developed much pain in the middle of my left arm below my elbow and now my left thumb joint feels VERY bruised and jammed. I had carpal tunnel, trigger finger and tendonitis fixed in that hand within the last 3 years. I want to know what is going on with my arm and thumb and why I am developing so many inflamation issues. I am female, 54 yrs old and not overweight, however am gaining weight around my mid section rapidly.
