I Have Arthritis/osteoporosis. Have Had Surgery For Spinal Stenosis. I

I have arthritis/osteoporosis. Have had surgery for spinal stenosis.
I am 80 years of age and use
Tylenol A for stiffess aand tired muscles. I also have been good about doing my exercises but I still have trouble walking up right with out support from staff or cane. I feel like I need a medication such as Boniva but don't know what is best.
