I have arthritis some days I can hardly walk, The pain in my joints is so bad i have to use lifts everywhere My pIpain has increased especially in my hands and hips. sometimes its too painful to even hold a pen, I have been using ibubrofen 200g/codeine 12.5mg and flexiQ as well as deep freeze gel to cool the heat in my joints, my dr recommended ibrufen gel which I have tried, I take paracetamol as well
