I Have Arthritis That My Range Of Motion Is (

I have arthritis that my range of motion is ( when you sit on a chair your feet are firmly on the floor
) strictly no movement . Knees seem seized. I've been so busy with family my daughters 26-30 years old came home to live. I've been busy where I watched my ability to walk literally diminish to nothing . I'm worried what I'll here from doctor this week I'm finally going. So I'd rather here it here please tell me what it will take to walk, surgery , therapy.
